AI credits
AI credits let you use AI features in Crosslist, such as AI-generated listings and AI photo editing.
A set amount of credits is included with your AI add-on every month. If you run out before your next reset, you can buy a credit pack to extend your usage.
INFO
The AI add-ons is required to purchase AI credits. Learn more about add-ons here.

Purchasing AI credits
- Navigate to your subscription settings.
- Scroll to the Buy AI credits card.
- Choose the credit pack you'd like to purchase, then click the Buy button.
- Enter your payment method and click Pay

INFO
Purchased credits are added to your account immediately after your purchase is confirmed, and will show up in your credit total in the Account dropdown menu, under Listings this period.
WARNING
The AI credit packs will only appear after purchasing the AI add-on
Credit validity
Each credit pack is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Any credits not used within this period will expire.
You need an active AI add-on to purchase or use AI credits.
Your add-on's monthly credits reset every month, with the amount depending on your subscription tier.
These are used first, and Crosslist switches to your purchased credit packs once they run out.
INFO
Even on quarterly and yearly plans, the AI add-on is still billed at $4.99 per month, just billed quarterly or yearly instead of monthly.
How credits are used
Your AI add-on's monthly usage limit is used first. Once it's used up, Crosslist draws from your purchased credit packs.
INFO
If you hold multiple credit packs, the oldest pack is used first, followed by newer packs, so your credits are used before they expire wherever possible.
