Reinstalling the extension

Below, you can find the steps to reinstall the Crosslist extension.

1. Navigate to the Crosslist extension page in the Chrome Web Store.
2. Click the Remove from Chrome button to uninstall the extension.
   
3. Click the Add to Chrome button to reinstall the extension.
   
4. Success! You have now reinstalled the Crosslist extension.

Clearing your browser cache

If instructed by support, you may also need to clear your browser cache.

Here’s how:

1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click the three dots at the top right.
3. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
5. Next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, check the boxes.
6. Click Clear data.
