Manage your subscription
Below, you will find the steps on how to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription.
Upgrading your subscription
- Navigate to your subscription settings.
- Click the Manage subscription button. This will redirect you to your subscription dashboard.
- Click the Update plan button.
- Choose the plan you want to upgrade to from the list. You can choose between different levels and/or timeframes. Select the Monthly tab for monthly billing, the Every 3 months tab for quarterly billing or the Yearly tab for annual billing. Then, choose your subscription level (Bronze, Silver, Gold or Diamond). You can also add add-ons here, such as the AI-generated listings add-on. When you are done, click the Continue button:
- Add a promotion code if you have one:
- Click the Confirm button to upgrade your plan.

If you choose to upgrade your account, you will be charged the prorated difference between the price of your current plan and the price of the upgraded plan. This prorated amount will be calculated based on the remaining duration of your current billing cycle. Your upgraded plan will become active immediately.
Downgrading your subscription
- Navigate to your subscription settings.
- Click the Manage subscription button. This will redirect you to your subscription dashboard.
- Click the Update plan button.
- Choose the plan you want to downgrade to from the list. You can choose between different levels and/or timeframes. Select the Monthly tab for monthly billing, the Every 3 months tab for quarterly billing or the Yearly tab for annual billing. Then, choose your subscription level (Bronze, Silver, Gold or Diamond). You can also remove your add-ons here, such as the AI-generated listings add-on. When you are done, click the Continue button:
- Click the Confirm button to downgrade your plan.

If you choose to downgrade your account, you will receive a prorated credit towards your account balance for the difference between your current plan and downgraded plan. This prorated credit will be calculated based on the remaining duration of your current billing cycle. Your downgraded plan will become active immediately. You will not be refunded the difference in price between your old subscription and your new subscription.
Cancelling your subscription
- Navigate to your subscription settings.
- Click the Manage subscription button. This will redirect you to your subscription dashboard.
- Click the Cancel plan button.
- Click the Cancel plan button to confirm your cancellation. You will not be charged again.

If you choose to cancel your plan, you will not be charged again. Your account will remain active until the end of the billing period. Cancelling your plan does not entitle you to a refund.
