Listing new inventory
In this guide, you will learn how to create and list new products on multiple marketplaces using Crosslist. The steps are as follows:

Creating a listing
Crosslist makes it easy to create listings on any device.
Navigate to the Crosslist web application and click the green Create button at the top left of your screen.
In the listing form, start by selecting the marketplaces where you want to list your product. This is important because the marketplaces you select will determine the product information fields that Crosslist automatically generates for you.
Next, complete the required product information in the listing form. Fields marked as Optional are not mandatory and can be left blank.

You can also use the AI add-on to automatically complete the product information for you.
When you’re ready, click the Save button at the bottom right of your screen to save your listing. You can also save a draft to complete it later.
That’s it! Your listing has been successfully created in Crosslist. You’re now ready to post it to the marketplaces you’ve selected.

You can also create listings using your mobile phone, which is especially convenient for taking inventory pictures directly with your device’s integrated camera.
This eliminates the need to manually transfer photos from your phone to your computer.
To create listings using your mobile phone, you will need to install the Crosslist mobile application. Please refer to this guide for installation instructions.
Posting a listing
Crosslist allows you to post listings automatically, a process called autoposting.
You can autopost your listings one by one or in bulk:
One by one
To post a single listing, go to the listing detail page by selecting the specific listing from the listing overview.
Then, click the Post button at the bottom right of your screen:
Once clicked, Crosslist will autopost your listing to the selected marketplaces.
In bulk
You can also autopost listings in bulk directly from the listing overview. To do this, select the listings you want to autopost by checking the box next to each listing:
Next, click the Bulk post listings button at the top right of your screen. This will prompt a pop-up where you can select the marketplaces on which you want to list:
Choose the marketplaces on which you want to list, and then click the Post button to proceed.
After clicking the Post button, your browser will automatically open new tabs – one tab for each listing – and Crosslist will autopost your listings in the background.
