Importing your listings
To begin, click the Import button at the top of your screen:
Then, select the marketplace where your listings are currently live.
For example, if your products are already listed on Depop, choose Depop.
Crosslist will automatically start syncing your inventory from the selected marketplace.
This is indicated by the yellow sync text at the top right of your screen.
Syncing may take a few minutes, especially for larger inventories.
Once syncing is complete, you can choose which listings to import.
You can:
- Search for a specific listing
- Import listings in batches (up to 100)
- Or import all listings at once
After selecting your listings, click the Import listings button to bring them into Crosslist.
INFO
Toggle the Only show listings not yet imported switch to hide listings already imported into Crosslist.
Posting your listings
Crosslist lets you post listings automatically in the background using autoposting.
You can post:
One by one
To post a single listing, open the listing detail page from the overview.
Then, click the Post button at the bottom right:
Crosslist will now autopost your listing to the selected marketplaces:
In bulk
You can also autopost multiple listings at once from the listing overview.
First, select the listings you want to post by checking the boxes next to them.
Then, click the Bulk post listings button at the top right of your screen.
A pop-up will appear where you can choose the marketplaces:
Once selected, click the Post button to start the process.
Crosslist will now sequentially post your listings to the chosen marketplaces.
INFO
Crosslist uses a queuing system to gradually distribute listings, helping to protect your accounts from rate limits.
Depending on the number of listings and marketplaces, posting may take a few minutes.
You can continue using Crosslist — or step away — while the process runs in the background.
