Etsy lets you set up your shipping methods in advance through its shipping settings.

These define how you’ll ship your item — whether you’ll use calculated shipping (Etsy’s prepaid labels) or set fixed-rate shipping yourself.

Before listing to Etsy through Crosslist, make sure you’ve set up your shipping settings in Etsy.

Crosslist will automatically apply the the shipping profile that comes alphabetically first from your list of Etsy shipping profiles.

You can change this default behaviour by selecting a different Etsy shipping profile in your Crosslist shipping profile for Etsy:

Calculated shipping

Etsy provides a prepaid shipping label at a discounted rate, based on the package details you provide.

To use this method, you’ll need to enter the package’s weight and dimensions in the Crosslist listing form:

Fixed-price shipping

You’ll handle the shipping yourself and set the rates ahead of time in Etsy.

Since your shipping prices are already defined in Etsy, there’s no need to enter them again in the Crosslist form.

You can configure domestic and worldwide shipping, offer free shipping, and set preferred carriers directly in your Etsy shipping profiles.

You can also set default weight and dimensions in your Crosslist shipping profiles.
