Facebook Marketplace

Facebook Marketplace offers different shipping options depending on your country.

In the US, you can use Facebook shipping labels, local pickup, or both. In the UK, only local pickup is supported.

Before listing to Facebook through Crosslist, select your preferred shipping method in your Crosslist shipping profile for Facebook.

Crosslist applies your choice to all listings posted to Facebook Marketplace.

INFO

Ship yourself is not available through Crosslist in any region.

United States

In the US, you can offer shipping, local pickup, or both on the same listing.

When you offer both, buyers choose whether they want the item shipped or prefer to pick it up.

Facebook label

When you choose Use Facebook label, Facebook provides a USPS shipping label when your item sells. You don't need to buy a label yourself.

Packages can weigh up to 70 lbs. This is a limit set by Facebook. For heavier items, use local pickup.

Local pickup

With local pickup, you don't ship the item. The buyer picks it up from you in person.

This works well for large or heavy items, or if you prefer to meet buyers in person.

To offer local pickup only, choose Only local pickup in your Crosslist shipping profile for Facebook.

You can then choose which meetup options you offer buyers: Public meetup, Door pickup, or Door dropoff.

United Kingdom

In the UK, Crosslist only supports local pickup for Facebook Marketplace listings. The buyer collects the item from you in person.

Facebook's built-in shipping service is not available in the UK.
