Grailed
Grailed automatically determines the shipping method based on your location and the buyer's location. You don't need to select one yourself.
In your Crosslist shipping profile for Grailed, you can configure your shipping prices, the regions you ship to, and who pays for shipping.
The available settings depend on the country in your Crosslist shipping address:
Crosslist applies your choice to all listings posted to Grailed.
If you're based in the US
US shipping
If your buyer is in the US, Grailed requires you to use Grailed Labels for eligible orders.
You don't need to enter a shipping weight. Grailed estimates the weight and generates the label for you.
By default, the buyer pays for shipping. Turn on Seller pays shipping to offer free shipping to US buyers.

For packages weighing 20 lbs or more, Grailed Labels are not available. You'll need to contact Grailed support and arrange shipping yourself using your own label.
International shipping
If your buyer is outside the US, you arrange shipping yourself. You set a shipping price per region:
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Europe
- Asia
- Australia / NZ
- Other

If you're based in Canada
US & Canada shipping
If your buyer is in the US, Grailed requires you to use Grailed Labels. This applies to items under 20 lbs and priced under $750.
If your buyer is in Canada, you arrange shipping yourself. Enter the price Canadian buyers pay in the Fallback Canada shipping price field.
Turn on Seller pays shipping to US or Canada to offer free shipping to buyers in both countries. The Canada price field is then hidden, since you don't charge for it.
International shipping
For all other orders, you arrange shipping yourself. You set a shipping price per region:
- United States (for items weighing 20 lbs or more or priced at $750 or more, which Grailed Labels don't cover)
- United Kingdom
- Europe
- Asia
- Australia / NZ
- Other

If you're based in the UK or Australia
Grailed Labels are not available to sellers in the UK or Australia. You arrange shipping yourself for every order, including orders from buyers in your own country.
You set a shipping price per region. All regions are available, including your own country:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Europe
- Asia
- Australia / NZ
- Other
Your own country works like any other region. Turn it on and enter the price for buyers in your country.

Setting your international prices
- Turn on each region you want to ship to and enter its price.
- Regions you leave off are not offered to buyers.
- To offer free shipping to a region, check Seller pays in that region's box.
