Depop

Depop offers two shipping methods: Depop Shipping, where Depop provides a shipping label, or Ship yourself, where you arrange shipping yourself.

Before listing to Depop through Crosslist, select your preferred shipping method in your Crosslist shipping profile for Depop.

Crosslist applies your choice to all listings posted to Depop.

Use Depop label

With Use Depop label, Depop provides a discounted shipping label through Depop Shipping.

INFO

Depop Shipping is available in the US, UK, and Australia. Outside these countries, Ship yourself is the only available shipping method and is selected automatically.

The shipping cost is based on the package weight, which you need to enter in the Crosslist listing form.

Crosslist uses the weight to select the right parcel size on Depop.

INFO

You can also set a fallback weight in your Crosslist shipping profile for Depop. Crosslist uses it when you leave the weight empty in the listing form.

By default, the buyer pays for shipping. Turn on Seller pays domestic shipping to offer free shipping to buyers in your country. You then pay for the label instead of the buyer.

International buyers

Depop Shipping is domestic only. If your buyer is in another country, you always arrange shipping yourself.

Enter your international shipping price in the Crosslist listing form, or turn on Seller pays international shipping to offer free international shipping.

Ship yourself

With Ship yourself, you create your own shipping label and set your own shipping price.

Enter your price in the domestic shipping price field of the Crosslist listing form.

INFO

You can also set fallback domestic and international shipping prices in your Crosslist shipping profile for Depop. Crosslist uses them when you leave these fields empty in the listing form.

Turn on Seller pays domestic shipping to offer free shipping to buyers in your country.

For international buyers, set an international shipping price, or turn on Seller pays international shipping to offer it for free.
