Prepaid shipping

This shipping method corresponds to Depop Shipping on Depop, where Depop provides a prepaid label at a discounted rate.

WARNING

Depop Shipping is available only if you're based in the United States or the United Kingdom.

If you're in another country, you'll need to provide the shipping label yourself (see section Ship yourself below).

The shipping cost is based on the package weight, which you must enter in the Crosslist listing form:

Based on the weight, Crosslist automatically selects the correct parcel size on Depop.

When using prepaid labels, Depop lets you choose whether the buyer or seller pays for shipping.

If you toggle Always free domestic shipping, Crosslist will automatically apply free domestic shipping to your listings.

If left untoggled, the default setting of Buyer pays will be applied.

Depop Shipping is only available for domestic orders. For international shipping, you can set a worldwide shipping price alongside using the prepaid label for domestic shipments. In this case, you will need to handle the shipping label yourself.

Depop allows you to choose whether the buyer or the sellers covers the international shipping cost. If you toggle Always free worldwide shipping, Crosslist will automatically apply free worldwide shipping to your listings.

You can set default package weights and default worldwide shipping prices in your shipping profiles.

Ship yourself

This shipping method corresponds to other shipping on Depop, where you provide the shipping label yourself.

The shipping cost is determined by you and can be entered in the domestic shipping price field in the Crosslist listing form:
