eBay lets you set up your shipping methods in advance through its business policies.

These define how you’ll ship your item — whether you’ll use eBay’s label partners or set fixed shipping rates yourself.

Before listing to eBay through Crosslist, make sure you’ve created your shipping policies in eBay.

Crosslist will automatically apply the the shipping policy that comes alphabetically first from your list of eBay business policies.

You can change this default behaviour by selecting a different eBay shipping policy in your Crosslist shipping profile for eBay:

If your eBay shipping policy requires a shipping weight (for example, when using a shipping label partner), you’ll need to enter the package’s weight and dimensions in the Crosslist listing form.

These values are required by eBay to calculate accurate shipping rates.
