Disconnecting and reconnecting your eBay account

Once you connect your eBay account with Crosslist, the connection made between eBay and Crosslist is cached at the level of your eBay account.

Because of this, it may be difficult to disconnect your account again to link another eBay account.

To disconnect your eBay account and link another eBay account, you can follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to your marketplace connections.
2. Disconnect your current eBay account by clicking the Disconnect button:
3. Then, navigate to the eBay website and log out from your account. Make sure you are logged out from ALL eBay accounts.
4. Clear your browser cache as follows:
   • On your computer, open Chrome.
   • At the top right, click the three dots.
   • Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
   • At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
   • Next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, check the boxes.
   • Click Clear data.
5. Go back to your marketplace connections.
6. Connect your other eBay account by clicking the Log in button:
7. In the pop-up screen, login with your other eBay account and approve the connection with Crosslist.
8. Success! Your other eBay account has been successfully linked to Crosslist.
