Setting price markups

With Crosslist, you can easily set price markups (or markdowns) for each individual marketplace.

This feature is especially useful if you want to apply different pricing strategies across platforms.

For example, you might adjust prices to account for varying fee structures, or simply increase or decrease all your prices at once to align with your overall pricing goals.

Changing price markups

To set or update price markups for each marketplace, go to your account settings in Crosslist.

Scroll down to find the Price markups section, where you can adjust your preferences:

Price markup input

By default, markups are set to 0, meaning your prices remain unchanged.

When you add a value to the markup fields, it adjusts your listing prices automatically.

You can choose between a fixed amount or a percentage-based adjustment to suit your pricing strategy.

These settings are customizable for each marketplace, allowing you to tailor your pricing for different platforms.

After setting your preferred markups, click Save to apply the changes.

From then on, your prices will automatically adjust based on these settings when posting to the respective marketplaces. To disable a markup, set its value to 0.

INFO

You can apply a price markdown or reduce prices by entering a negative number. This works for both fixed price adjustments and percentage-based changes.

WARNING

Please make sure your prices don’t drop below zero by avoiding excessively large negative markups.
